Hackschooling

This video went viral some time ago, and I've watched a couple times, because this inspires me. It really amazes me when I see such young inspirational people. You could see he is a 13 years old, but his way of speaking, his thinking, seems like an older mind. I do agree with the video, school kills creative in my opinion, many people would may feel forced to do so many things they don't like. But I do believe they should have knowledge about a little bit of everything, I'm not saying I agree in school dropouts that just leave because they don't want to do study. It's not like Logan LaPlante left school and went to a low paid job, he is still studying, it's just another way of studying.
I don't understand why it is so hard for other people to see it this same way, there should be more open minded people. As he said in the video his mom was upset of what people thought, and I read the youtube comments, and there was so many comments, like: "kid go back to school", "school is suppose to be boring" ...etc . How come some people not see it the same way? The whole point of life is to be happy and healthy, so what would the point be on being the most intelligent human if at the end of the day you are not happy with what you do. Life should be more about creating experiences, living adventures. Maybe I feel this way from a more creative point of view, and believe that everyone should be more creative.
I do want to be this kid when I grow up.

Sincerely,
Paloma

Hair products

I love TRESemmé products, it's my to go hair products, and this are some of their products I've been loving this last month.
Since I've had my Keratin treatment couple of times and I love the effect this did on my hair I got the Keratin Infusing Shampoo and the Keratin Restoring Conditioner, and this could be another option, so you don't have to spend loaaads of money in the treatment. Since I've been using both shampoo and conditioner I've realised my hair has been less frizzy, and this is because of the keratin it contains. Also this TRESemmé products are suitable for colour-treated hair, such as my ombre hair.
I do tend to straighten and curl my hair a LOT so I use the Heat Defence Styling Spray before using the heat. This is to keep it shiny, soft and most importantly to avoid that breakage hair!

Lastly, after the hair has been curled or after getting a cute braid, I want it to last all day long therefore I use my Super Hold Hair Spray. This mostly needed for such countries as the UK because it starts getting rainy and you don't want your hair going cray cray, and you're hair doesn't go frizzy. But I most like it because it's not one of those Hairsprays where you're hair is so stuck that it seems like plastic and doesn't move.

So yeah, that are my favourite hair products I use on my everyday life. Hope you enjoyed!

Healthy 'life-style'

I've always been that kind of lazy, junk-food eating girl, but for the last couple weeks I've actually have been trying my best to stop that. Through out my life I've probably done countless amounts of diets but they never tend to work, well, to be honest I give up really quickly I expect result the very next day and now I've realised that is not how it works. I'm doing it more like a 'life-style' and it's not like I've given up in pizzas, nutella and cookies, I'm just taken it easier. Living alone or away from home can be sometimes hard 'foodwise', because you most probably won't feel like cooking so its way easier to put a pizza in the oven for 15 min. I mean, you know it's going to be good, it's cheap and you don't have to do much. But it's not that hard to change that, you just have to make that little effort, and although you may go with baby steps, you can get there. I heard that once you do something for a month it becomes more of a habit or routine, so if you can pull it for that long, it's not going to be effort anymore.

Since I'm such a picky eater, I don't like just eating those kind of elaborate plates I find on google after searching: Healthy meals for you. Therefore, I make up my own foods with whatever I have and like that is good for me and just mix it. This is an idea of something I came up with which I normally take it with me to uni and its deliciouuuuuuuuuuus, and super easily fast to make.

All I use:
-2 eggs
-Avocado
-Apple
-Some sunflower seeds
-A little olive oil
-Teaspoon of salt

This ingredients

Eggs: are particularly rich in the two antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthine. They only have 77 calories, with 5 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein with all 9 essential amino acids. Eggs score high on a scale called the Satiety Index, which means that eggs are particularly capable of making you feel full and eat less overall calories.
Avocado:  They help you get more of these nutrients from other foods .They make you feel full, half of one contains 3.4 grams of fibre. Also could help keep your heart healthy. Plus the oleic acid in avocados can help reduce cholesterol levels.

Sunflower seeds: They contain bone-healthy minerals. Besides calcium, your bones need magnesium and copper to stay strong also contain Vitamin E, which helps ease arthritic pain which also brings a glow to your skin. They ease every condition that’s inflammatory in nature, such as joint pain, gastric ulcers, skin eruptions, asthma and such and that’s because sunflower seeds are loaded with antioxidants.

Apples: Are known to lower cholesterol level. An extensive body of research has linked high soluble fibre intake with a slower buildup of cholesterol-rich plaque in your arteries. one of the best things you can eat to help detoxify your liver is apples. Moreover contains quercetin which can help boost and fortify your immune system.

How I do it:

Firstly, I get my avocado and apple then I chop down into little cubes.
Now I put some olive oil in the frying pan, and when it's hot enough my 2 eggs, and then scramble them pretty self explanatory and then I add that teaspoon of salt.
Next  put the eggs in a plate and clean my frying pan.
Last but not least for my final toping for the scramble eggs I put the sunflower seeds in the frying pan until the get a little burn, but not black ( that has happened to me before).
Once I set up my plate with all those yummy things sprinkled the sunflower seeds over the eggs the meal is ready to eat !

Paloma
