Morning Vegan Smoothie: Strawberries and Bananas

Not too long I tried to go vegan, I have managed to stay vegetarian for a couple of months already which wasn't that hard after a little bit. On the other hand I have been struggling on going vegan, specially for breakfast when I would always have yogurt or smoothies. Now I've been discovering new product's dairy free like: Wot, No Dairy? a dairy free liquid yogurt. Wot No Dairy desserts are made from natural ingredients, including pea protein, which I thought was perfect for my morning smoothie and I just added some strawberries and a banana to the mix. Delicious.

Around London with Zoe

Can't help it but love London, is one of my fave city in the world, not long ago I went with my friend Zoe to the Cøpperfield Gallery and Saatchi Gallery and just around for the day in this beautiful city, and I failed to post it when I went.

In the Cøpperfield Gallery, a little smaller than what we imagined, there was a lovely exhibition called Obsessive Compulsive Order but I forgot to take pics, this are some pics from their website though:
100,000 mini balls all stuck together.
This other of the pics from the amazing work at the Saatchi Gallery:

We wanted to go to the London Food Fest, but completely failed to check the time of the place. So we did some improvising and found this cute retro american dinner somewhere by Shoreditch High Street. It was called the Love Shake, probably because the shakes they had were amazing we had some Peanut Butter and Oreo shake.

June favourites 2014

The month when summer starts, with no more uni I’ve come back home for the summer holidays. I can’t believe half of 2014 has gone already, and I’m still not use to 2014. Since I haven’t done a monthly faves lately (or any other posts at all) and I’ve using some really nice things this month as the summer started I though it was a good idea to write about some of my faves.

Lâncome Bi-Facial - Eye makeup remover: This makeup remover by shaking it mixes the oil with the water wash and gives you the softest way to take off you eye makeup, without leaving black eyes behind.

West End Girls- Jenny Colgan: lately I’ve been reading a lot. I read this book through this month (I’m a really slow reader) and I absolutely loved it. It’s about this two twins that move to Chelsea, one of them wants to become the Chelsea ‘It girl’, it’s a lovely romance book set in London.

Chanel Nail Polish: with new season, new nail colours. The two colours I’ve mostly been using are Frisson 543, a very light pink colour with a slightly bit of gold glitter and June 529 (ironic) which is more of a bright peach colour.
Chanel Eyeliner: Since my regular eyeliner ended I started using this new one, and I absolutely love it. The brush has this shape that depending on the angle you use it you would get a thin to ticker line.

Prada Infusion d’Iris: I like to always try new perfumes, the one I’ve mostly been using this month is L’infusion, it smells so nice, it’s like fancy but not that fancy.

Prada sunglasses: There is no such thing as summer without sunglasses, this ones are the ones I've mostly been using, on the front they are just round, but the sides have this lovely shape which make them very original and gorgeous.

Coconut body butter: Of the Bodyshop body butters this one my favourite I've almost finished this bottle, it is so nice, it has that lovely coconut smell.

Maybelline Lipstick: I feel this is the perfect everyday summer colour, it is just a very light baby pink colour. The colour is  called Juicy Pink 161 may look a little plain but it's really nice for when you don't want to do your makeup very much but still look good.

Little trip to Exeter

Last weekend I went for a little trip to Exeter in Devon with a couple friends. We also got a train to visit Exmouth, lucky for us we manage to get some sunny day, not very common for the UK.

Margate

I did a uni trip not so long ago to Margate in Kent. It was suppose to be amazing town to go to back in the 60's but now it's mostly in ruins. I still think it was beautiful place. There use to be this Amusement Park called Dreamland which had/has (what is left of it) UK's oldest roller coaster.

Sincerely,
Paloma
